Role and Responsibility
- Understanding of network/server infrastructure, active directory, endpoints, and IT processes: As a Technical Consultant, you will have a deep understanding of various IT components, including network/server infrastructure, active directory, endpoints, and IT processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for this role to convey technical information to clients and colleagues.
- Open to traveling globally: This position may involve international travel to support clients and attend events.
- Knowledge of IT HelpDesk, Monitoring, SIEM & Endpoint Management Solutions, and experience in pre-sales or technical account management is an added advantage: Familiarity with IT HelpDesk, Monitoring, SIEM & Endpoint Management Solutions will be advantageous, along with prior experience in pre-sales or technical account management.
- Education and Skills: You will be responsible for handling end-to-end pre-sales engagements and delivering presentations at events, both in-person and online. Additionally, you will provide technical responses to the Tender/RFP/RFI and create scope, statement of work, architecture, and other onboarding documentation. Acting as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for strategic accounts and ensuring customer retention through our customer success program are also key responsibilities.
