Job Description:
As an Associate – Retail Process, you will have a crucial role in improving the quality of customer experiences within Amazon’s virtual global e-commerce environment. The role primarily focuses on ensuring Amazon’s competitiveness in the online space by delivering the best prices to customers. Your responsibilities will involve monitoring pricing parameters, conducting audits, and identifying products through continuous audit operations. Role and Responsibility:
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of the pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities.
- Auditing operations teams’ & system outputs, proposing and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends.
Education and Skills:
To be successful in the role of Associate – Retail Process, the following qualifications and skills are required:
- Meeting or exceeding productivity and accuracy targets for assigned mapping/audit processes.
- Becoming a subject matter expert (SME) on specific business quality processes and providing training, updates, and coaching on mapping operations.
- Driving process/system improvements based on ongoing trends/gaps identified.
- Executing assigned project components of specific mapping/audit processes.
- Availability to work 24/7/365, including weekends and outside of the standard workday.
- Carrying out tactical issue-based communications with internal teams.
- Creating ad-hoc operational reports and status updates as needed.
- Undergoing a background check to receive security clearance.
